In their customers’ words

Read the reviews and one name keeps coming up: Obed.

“Obed is amazing. He did amazing work and kept his word. They power washed and re-stained our front and back porch. They did excellent lattice work on the back porch. He runs his company very well. his team went above and beyond for the project and was very careful with our hydrangea flowers that they had to work around. I will be referring my friends to him and using him again when the time comes. Highly recommend Quality Pro Painting.”

Bryan Bair
“The Quality Pro Painting team did an excellent job on our new home. They painted the walls, helped us repurpose several rooms, stained shelves, and completely refreshed our stairwell. We were impressed from day one. Obed was very transparent throughout the process and provided valuable guidance on details we had not considered before starting the project. His expertise helped us make informed decisions and avoid potential issues. The crew was professional, respectful, and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a high standard and even took care of a few additional repairs that needed attention without us having to ask. Best of all, they did not charge us extra for that work. I highly recommend Quality Pro Painting for any painting or staining project. Their quality, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations.”

NWA’s lime wash specialists

“Pressure washing cleans your brick. Lime washing reimagines it.”

Lime wash is a natural, breathable mineral finish that soaks into brick and stone and leaves soft, textured movement behind. It turns dated, dark brick light without sealing the masonry under a film of paint. If the surface needs cleaning first, the crew coordinates pre-treatment before any lime goes on.

Lime wash & white wash

Venetian glaze
Translucent, layered, with a soft luminous sheen.
Venetian plaster
Polished lime that reads like natural stone.

How a job runs

The color is the last thing that happens.

Their own About page puts it plainly: Obed built the company on knowing the whole painting process, including the importance of proper preparation, to ensure quality work for long-lasting durability.

Surface preparation, sanding, repair work and primer come first, with drop cloths down. One customer wrote about how careful the crew was with the hydrangeas they had to work around.
Coats with the right sheen
Low-VOC and washable finishes for kitchens and baths, weather-resistant coatings outside, stains that let cedar show through.
Clear communication
You hear what is happening every step of the way, so you always know what to expect. Another customer said Obed “provided valuable guidance on details we had not considered.”

Before you call

What people ask first.

Straight answers from their own FAQ. Anything else, call (479) 966-6381.

Generally every 5 to 10 years. Hot summers, heavy spring rain and freeze-thaw swings are hard on paint here, so south and west walls and horizontal trim usually show wear first. We look at the existing coating at the estimate and tell you honestly whether it needs a full repaint or a targeted refresh.

As a typical NWA range, walls alone run around $2.75 per square foot, and adding trim brings it to around $4.69 per square foot. A 12x12 room usually lands between $400 and $950 including paint and supplies. Those are market ranges, not our price list: your estimate comes from actual measurements of your rooms, with upfront pricing and no hidden surprises.

Paint forms a film on top of the brick. Lime wash is a natural, breathable mineral finish that soaks into the masonry and leaves soft, textured movement with subtle color variation. As we put it: pressure washing cleans your brick, lime washing reimagines it. If the surface needs cleaning first, we coordinate pre-treatment before any lime wash goes on.

Yes, but it requires proper preparation. We remove loose edges, sand, and apply primer before painting, so the seams and texture do not telegraph through the finish.

High-quality acrylic latex paints hold up best for most exterior siding and trim here. For decks and fences we use UV-resistant coatings or semi-transparent stains, and for brick we may recommend lime wash or mineral paint because they let the masonry breathe.

Yes. Cabinet painting gives a kitchen or bathroom a high-end refresh without replacing the boxes. The work is mostly preparation: cleaning, sanding and priming so the finish resists wear and tear on the doors you open every day.
