Hot humid summers, strong sun, spring storms and freeze-thaw winters are hard on paint here, and shaded walls grow mildew. Most exteriors in this area want a repaint every 5 to 10 years, so we look at the existing coating and tell you whether you need a full job or a targeted refresh. Surface prep, primer and repair work come first, then siding, trim, shutters and doors.

Lime Washing
Pressure washing cleans your brick. Lime washing reimagines it.
Paint forms a film on top of brick. Lime wash is a breathable mineral finish that soaks into the masonry and leaves soft, textured movement with subtle color variation. If the surface needs cleaning first, we coordinate the pre-treatment before any lime wash goes on.

Every estimate is free and built from actual measurements, so the number you get is the number on the job: upfront pricing, no hidden surprises. Obed’s team looks at the surfaces in person and tells you plainly what they need.
For a sense of the market, typical Northwest Arkansas interior painting runs about $2.75 per square foot for walls and about $4.69 with trim, and a 12x12 room usually lands between $400 and $950 with paint and supplies. Those are typical market ranges, not our price list. Your estimate comes from your own rooms.
