Commercial painting for Northwest Arkansas businesses
Offices, retail, restaurants and facilities, inside and out, scheduled around the hours your business keeps.
Chapter 01
Where a commercial finish wears out first
Business buildings age in predictable places. Corridors and break rooms collect scuffs at hand height and along every corner a cart or chair has touched. Storefront color fades on the sunny side while the shaded side stays true, so the building starts to look patchy from the street. Metal and masonry exteriors peel where moisture gets behind the coating, and concrete floors stain and dust under foot traffic until they look older than the rest of the room.
In busy places like Fayetteville and Bentonville, a tired finish costs more than the paint. A restaurant with a stained dining room, a retail space with a chipped doorframe or an office with a faded lobby tells customers something before anyone says a word. Rogers has the same pressure along its brick downtown storefronts, where the buildings are old, the paint has layers, and a good repaint has to respect what is underneath.
The cheap fix usually makes the second job harder. A contractor who skips preparation leaves uneven finishes and rework that interrupts the business again, which is the downtime owners are trying to avoid in the first place.

How Quality Pro Painting runs a commercial job
Commercial interior painting covers offices, retail stores, restaurants and facilities. The crew uses professional application techniques to get clean lines, even finishes and durable walls that stand up to daily wear, whether the job is a corporate office in Bentonville or a restaurant in Rogers. Commercial exterior painting is industrial-grade work built to take Arkansas weather, with surface preparation planned around the material: masonry, metal, wood or panel.
Our service list also includes the heavier specialty work: epoxy floor coatings for warehouses, showrooms and industrial facilities in Springdale and Fayetteville, powder coating, abrasive blasting for surface preparation, and VOC-compliant applications handled to OSHA and industry standards. Those are listed services, and the photographs on this page show painted buildings and the crew on the job, not floor coatings or blasting. Ask Obed Posadas what your building calls for and he will tell you plainly.
Every commercial project starts with a visit and a measured, upfront estimate with no hidden surprises. Call (479) 966-6381, or use the estimate request to tell us about the building, the surfaces and the dates that matter to you.
Chapter 03
Scheduling, upkeep and floor care
A commercial job lives or dies on scheduling. Tell us when your doors open and close, which rooms can be closed off and which cannot, and we plan the order of work around that. Corridors, break rooms and back-of-house areas can often be done in stages so the front of the business keeps running.
After the job, a light maintenance cycle keeps repaints small. Touch up the high-traffic walls and doorframes when scuffs first show, check the sunny side of the exterior each spring, and keep gutters and downspouts clear so water does not run down the finish.
For epoxy floors, regular cleaning of grit and spills does more for the coating than any product. Sweep or dust-mop the floor, wipe up chemical spills quickly, and call if you see edges lifting. If the project covers more than one kind of space, our interior painting and exterior painting pages explain how each part is handled.
